Certificates and paperwork

For destruction jobs, such as data-bearing equipment or surplus stock, you get written confirmation once the material is destroyed. It shows what was destroyed, the weight and the date.

For recycling jobs, the quote and invoice show what we collected and when. If you need something more formal for your own records, ask before the job is booked. We will tell you what we can provide for that material.

If you use purchase orders or asset numbers, send them with your enquiry so they appear on our paperwork. Tell us who should receive it. If the load changes before pickup, let us know so the details stay correct.
