E-waste drop-off at our Braeside yard, by appointment, for businesses with too little for a truck.
The problem
You have a few retired devices, not a truckload. Council services are for households and shop counters take two items, so the gear stays in the cupboard, drives and all.

What Crex does
-
Email us what you have. A photo and a rough count is enough.
-
We confirm a time and a fee. Per box for small lots, per pallet for larger ones, agreed before you drive over. Tell us at the same time what to do with the data.
-
Unload and go. Devices with storage are held until they are wiped or destroyed as you asked. The rest is recycled.

What we take
What we handle
E-waste drop-off by appointment: what to bring
Retired business IT and small electrical equipment. Home offices and sole traders count. The e-waste recycling guide helps you sort what to bring.
-
Phones and tablets, with activation locks turned off.
-
Cables, leads, power supplies and small electrical equipment, boxed, with no loose batteries.
Bring it boxed or on a pallet. Larger fleets suit a collection from your site instead.
What we don't handle
- Household clear-outs. Home offices and sole traders are fine; your council handles household e-waste.
- Fridges, whitegoods and anything with refrigerant.
- Loose, swollen or damaged lithium batteries. Batteries inside laptops, phones and tablets can stay in.
- More than a pallet at once. That is easier as a collection.
What affects the price
- How many boxes or pallets you bring.
- What is in them: laptops and phones, screens, printers or mixed equipment.
- What happens to the data: wiped, or drives destroyed.
Every job is quoted before anything moves, so you know the cost up front.
Two ways to run it
Single visit
One booked time and one fee. Suits an office refresh or a shop closing.
Regular visits
For a box or two a month: a repeat time, the same fee and the same data instruction.
